CONCILIATION WORKS
AFTERNOON SEMINAR CPD
The practice and use of Conciliation is already established in Ireland across a number of sectors and is used extensively in construction contract disputes .The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch) is actively promoting Conciliation and recently ran a comprehensive conciliation skills development training course attended by representatives from a wide range of organisations including, construction, property, accountancy, management, administration and human resources.
This seminar looks at the conciliation best practice and how it can be made more efficient and attractive to a wide range of sectors. It also examines whether interest-based recommendations have a place in conciliation practice.
