"CCA Adjudication - three years on"
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Ireland Branch, will host a panel discussion to review the 3 years following the commencement of the Construction Contracts Act 2013. This is a follow-on event from the hugely popular One Year Review held in July 2017 and 18 month review in January 2018.
