Aaron is a practicing Barrister-at-Law from Limerick who currently practices in the Republic of Ireland in both civil and criminal litigation. Aaron was called to the Bar in 2012 having graduated from the Honourable Society of King’s Inns. Aaron received his Honours BA in History, English Literature and Media Studies from Mary Immaculate College (University of Limerick) before receiving an Honours LLB in Law from the University of Limerick. Aaron has both a keen interest and background in education and academics and has also received an Honours MA in Higher Education from Technological University of Dublin. Aaron has lectured in third level institutions throughout Europe and Asia and most recently has lectured various legal subjects in Dublin Institute of Technology, Technological University of Dublin and RCSI. Aaron has lived and practiced in South America, China and South-East Asia and has an acute understanding of how to approach cross border disputes. Aaron has acted in an extensive catalogue of cases and has advised on both sides of litigation, giving him a keen eye for potential opportunities to mediate and resolve issues in the case, without the need for litigation. Further, as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) Aaron has accepted appointments in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
