Peter McCarthy is principal at Conlex Consulting where he specialises in Quantity Surveying and Construction Law. He provides contract support to the construction industry and delivers solutions for commercial risk on construction projects. Peter is approaching three decades now in the the industry having held responsibility for the commercial aspects of civil engineering and building contracts. He is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators.
