Siobhán Stack SC has been a practicing Barrister since 1995
and became a senior counsel in 2013.  Ms Stack specialises
in Constitutional Law, European Law and Conveyancing &
Property Law and has significant experience of arbitrations
arising from compulsory purchase orders.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Dermot Flanagan SC specialises in planning,environmental,
and public infrastructure law. He has presented on behalf of
public authorities a large number of public infrastructure
consent projects before An Bord Pleanála since the Board
took over the jurisdiction under CPO/EIA.
